Here are some of our most asked questions. Please don't hesitate to ask us anything else. We understand every event is unique and we are here to make yours perfect!

How do I book a service?

You can call or text or email us and we will get back to you ASAP to book and to answer any of our questions. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date & the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
If the deposit is not paid your event is not our calendar.

How does your rental process work?

Our rentals are for same day delivery/pickup; Rentals are subject to a delivery & pickup fee if outside of the regular business hour drop off/pickup times of 7:00AM-10:00PM.  We will require a valid state ID of the person that signs our rental agreement. That person is also liable for all damages and could be responsible for cost of full replacement value of the rental.

Do you offer bundle packages?

Yes! We offer bundle packages which offer the best possible rate for each item. You will save the most by bundling our services. Ask for more info!

Where do you travel and what are deliver fees?

We will work within the lower 6 Mississippi counties. We do charge a deliver fee of 

0-25 miles - FREE

25-50 miles - $60 Flat Fee

50-100 miles - $125 Flat Fee
